Congratulations to Pierce Saly for winning the 2017 edition of the Thames Valley Invitational. It has been 80 years since the tournament was first contested in 1937. Pierce’s winning score of 63 is now the competitive course record on the Classic Layout of Thames Valley. Moe Norman’s previous record of 64 in 1956 stood for a long time. Good luck to Pierce for the remainder of the summer tournament season. I’m sure the best is yet to come.
